Merii uh, is uh, a city in the north of Sudan. Uh, it’s about 4 hours, it’s a four hour trip, uh, by car. And so that took place back I think in 2019 or 2020. Uh, we agreed, uh, I agreed with a group of friends that we, we organized this trip with a group of friends and we thought it would be great to see the pyramids because at that time we were almost 20 or 21 years old and we haven’t seen the pyramids once the appearents in Sudan, once in our lives. So we organized this trip, we took uh, two cars. We were a group of around eight, eight to nine people. Uh, we was, it was a, to be honest, it was a heart a little bit hard trip, uh, to stay for almost 4 hours, uh, in a car. We didn’t have many stops, but then it was worth it. When we saw those pyramids they were uh, in the middle of the desert. It was a spectacular view. Uh, we got the chance to were the p. Are the parents of many are not as large as those of or cairo. They are much smaller. They, they are around uh, eight or 10 meters high actually. I think they were around six or 8 meters high. And they are different in shape in general, but they were very beautiful. We got uh, to explore the different uh, shapes and kinds of premmits that were there. We took lots of pictures and we made, we even made a meal uh, by uh, on the desert of uh, under a tree, under a shade of an nearby tree. We made uh, some sort of uh, a barbecue and we stayed up and we stayed there uh, until the 9th.
