But I love basic pilaf and I always prepare it with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. Which I believe enhances the taste. My mother generally prepares it twice a week on Tuesday and Sundays. But it is now easy to buy from street eateries. For at least the price is affordable at around 55,000 Uzbekistan per kilogram. Additionally, what this 10-gish pilaf from other dishes is its versatility. Finally, pilaf is more than simply a meal for me. It is an essential element of my culture and the food that I adore.
