Chưng cake is my favorite food. I always eat it during holidays. Chưng cake is also called Bánh Chưng in Vietnamese. In the old days, there was a fairy tale about the origin of Bánh Chưng and Bánh Dày. They are iconic symbols representing the Earth and the Sky in Vietnam.
