I believe that every career has a profound impact on our societies and our community. However, teachers are the ones that stand out the most because they not only play a crucial role in imparting knowledge but also serve as a source of motivation and inspiration for the next generation to follow in their path. Adolescents, especially teenagers, often undergo a critical process of identity formation. They are vulnerable and exposed to many external factors and possibly some negative influences as well. Teachers can be their role models and can lead them to overcome the obstacles they may face during their identity construction. In today's society, parents are often busy pursuing their careers, so teachers can become friends with teens and provide a shoulder to cry on and offer support. I think that, thanks to their societal contribution, they deserve more respect.

You know, because the audience’s adolescent and especially teenagers, they often undergo a critical process of identity formation. So they are vulnerable and exposed to a lot of external factors and maybe some negative influences as well. So teachers can be their role models and can be the one who lead them to overcome on the obstacles that they may face during the process of their identity construction. And maybe because in today’s society, parents are really busy pursuing their career. So teachers can be the ones who become friends, become friends with teens and girls and can be, can give them shoulder to cry on and give them some satisfies. So I think that they can be thanks to their societal contribution. They deserve to be more respect.
