I recently bought something from Taobao, which is a popular online marketplace in China owned by Alibaba. You can find almost anything on Taobao, from clothes and shoes to electronics, books, and even furniture. I've bought a variety of things from them, and while the quality can be inconsistent, I've generally been satisfied. One of the things I like about Taobao is that they offer frequent discounts, especially during major holidays like the Spring Festival, June 18th, and Double 12. You can find some incredible deals on products during these sales. However, I do find the website to be a bit overwhelming at times. It can be difficult to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for. Also, since it's an online platform, you can't physically inspect the items before purchasing, which can be a drawback. There have been instances where I've received items that weren't exactly as advertised.
