But quite recently in the past week, I used the website, which is locally made. Uh, it is named as diversity pk. So it is an all in one store where you can order anything or, uh, everything you like at, uh, any time, and you just receive your order in 15 minutes. On the express delivery option, though it is quite expensive. But if you want standard delivery, you would still receive, uh, your order within two or three days as compared to different stores, which take seven days or sometime 14 days even, which is quite unbearable for me. So I ordered different kind of household items from here. I ordered an air fryer. I ordered a, uh, camera holder for myself. And I ordered some pillow cases as well, which my mother’appreciated. And he still have in the bedroom. So I think the products were overall quite good. Though I had to refund the camera holder, it was not of so good quality, but I would appreciate their customer service department that they quickly responded and refunded the full price of the product immediately without any hesitation. So it was a good service for me because as opposed to their competitors and other online platforms, they take two or three days and it is a cumbersome process to return or refund any item. So I think the interface of the website was quite good, which I liked. Uh, you can easily navigate to any category or product you want to actually buy, so this saves you time. And there is, uh, a comparison, uh, page on the product where you can compare different specifications of the product you can buy. So it is quite easy for any user. So I would rate a, uh, 505 for this website, but the only thing I disliked was the prices was, uh, somewhat higher than their competitors. But seeing their service and interface, I would happily pay this price to them and in future I would buy some more products from them.
