Well, this question makes me think about the time that I spend on the internet to read ebooks and mangas. To be honest, whenever I have free time, I often search. I often take out my phone and go on the internet to read some books and mangas, which are Japanese books on the internet. I do this activity just for fun and as a way to waste my time because I have nothing to do. I think it is a mindless task because I just constantly read some texts, some letters on the screen and get no valuable information from those books since they are just for fun and have no valuable content. I started to give up this hobby a month ago because I need to spend my time more wisely as I am preparing for an entrance exam into my university. The reason I think it is a waste of my time is that it doesn't help me improve my studying, my speaking skills, or my English at all. So I have started to get rid of it.

So I have to get rid of, uh, and anything that is worth my time. And The reason that I think it is waste my time because, like, it it doesn’t help me anything at improving my studying or improving my, talking skill or improving my English at all.
