Now I would like to talk about an article on health that I read online in the past. Approximately two months ago, I came back home from the university and immediately opened my phone, beginning to scroll through the various videos and posts on Instagram. After a few minutes, there was a post that really caught my attention. It was an article on health about the impacts of fast food products on human life. I began to read it because I was the type of person who loved fast food and ate it almost every day. That's why I started reading. At the end, there was a link, and I clicked it to read more. When I finished the article, I was surprised and shocked because it stated that the overuse of fast food can lead to serious diseases like cancer, diabetes, and heart disease, and it really scared me. I decided to consume less fast food in my daily life, and I would say that since then, I haven't eaten any fast food at all because I understood the importance of our health and the drawbacks of fast food on our lives. I wanted to keep my health. Furthermore, I am now very glad to read certain articles online.
