So let's start on one dull day. I was just lying at home like a couch potato, so I decided, why not read something useful that may assist me in the future? I had finished all my fancy books, I mean, I had read all of them, so there was nothing left to read. I found one great magazine, let's say about health issues, and it was at home, of course. I decided, why not read it, because the topic seemed really crucially important and also simultaneously interesting to me. So I started reading that magazine, and I can definitely say that I gained some valuable knowledge from it, not just knowledge but also information and data that will definitely benefit me in the future. I was starting to become interested in fields like science and medicine. For that reason, I can say that it was a captivating and interesting experience for me because before that, I used to read only about psychology. It was a new and valuable experience for me too, as I learned more about our health system, especially about our heart, how it works, and what kind of problems it may have in the future if we lead an unhealthy lifestyle. I also learned how to prevent potential issues with our heart.
