He turned up at 70 years old but he looks like younger, their age. He was very energetic because he did a lot of household chores and also worked in the yard, orchard and his own vegetable garden. He was born early at 7 am and he had hard work without tireless until 7 pm. I know he was a very energetic person. He gave motivation. He did a lot of things because my grandmother passed away 10 years ago for that reason. He was very busy with his work. He said in life he had three important rules. First of all, eat healthy like vegetables, fruits or doing exercise in early morning because he gets fresh motivation and fresh air. For that reason, exercise is important like walking or running in early morning and also evening. The last one is always try to make a bold schedule during the day because he is also helpful to spare their leisure time.
