Today I'm going to talk about air pollution, which is a very serious environmental problem in my city. It's been a major issue for at least 10 years now. Ever since the city started growing rapidly and more people moved here for work, there are two main reasons for this problem. First of all, the amount of traffic is hard every single day. Millions of motorbikes and cars emit dangerous exhaust fumes into the air, which creates terrible traffic jams and smoke. Another cause is the constant construction work. There are always new apartments and roads being built, which kicks up a massive amount of dirt into the atmosphere. This problem affects our lives directly. For example, a lot of my friends and family members suffer from coughing and breathing issues when the pollution levels are high. To solve this, I believe the government needs to take action. They should build better public transport like electric trains so people don't rely on motorbikes so much. Also, we need to plant more trees in urban areas to help clean the air naturally. If everyone plays a part, then the situation will get better.
