This river has been historically significant as it was once a key part of the Silk Road trade routes. The length of this river stretches to 2400 km. I visited this river twice because I lived near there. My first visit to Amudaryar remains an unforgettable memory. I tend to wander around with my friends and let out the negative feelings in my mind. Apart from this, Amudaryar plays a crucial role in Uzbekistan’s agriculture, particularly for irrigation. It provides water to support cotton for captain farming, which is one of the countries, the industries. However, the river’s water levels have decreased over time, contributing to the shrinking of the RLC, one of the world’s worst environmental disasters. Despite these challenges, Amudaryar remains an essential water source for Uzbekistan. I highly recommend people to visit there.
