They will eat the green leaves and also they will jump and run. Their beautiful eyes really, um, catch all of our hearts. I also, uh, not the exception, exceptional person. I really admired and appreciated their beauty, uh, to watch. They watch them. I always asked my parents to go to the Coroosewura temple. But nowadays, due to the cutting edge of m technology, I uh, think because of the over polluted environment, due to the heavy load of vehicles and also other, other characteristics, um, that um, environment got that much of worst in um, worst in uh, components. So, uh, these. There are no any, uh, space to, uh, live, uh, a beautiful lifestyle to these animals. I think it’s a. Adverse effects for the um, creatures, natural creatures to live around these areas, uh, only, uh, two or three years nowadays, we couldn’t able to, um, watch them and, uh, play with them as, uh, previously existed. I am really fed up and sad about that situation. Uh. So these creatures are distinct, um, gradually. So I think their necessary measures have to be taken to prevent it.

I'm happy to share an experience with you. Two years ago, I was captivated by the beauty and fascinating behavior of deer in my hometown, Trincomalee, on the way to the Koneswaram Temple. It's a popular tourist spot, and there were always many visitors eager to capture photos of the deer. They were playful, nibbling on green leaves and leaping around. Their beautiful eyes truly captured everyone's hearts. I was no exception, and I was completely enthralled by their grace. I always begged my parents to take me to the temple just to see them. However, in recent years, due to the rapid advancement of technology and the resulting environmental pollution, the area has become much less hospitable for these animals. The heavy traffic and other factors have significantly degraded the environment, leaving little space for them to thrive. It's a real shame, because in just two or three years, we haven't been able to see them or interact with them as we used to. It makes me incredibly sad to see this decline. These creatures are disappearing gradually, and I believe urgent measures need to be taken to protect them. We need to find ways to preserve their habitat and ensure their survival.
