But also it is an observation desk where all the people can get in. There can be seen a panoramic view for all the city and a harbor near. I really enjoyed this building because it is quite unique and striking and innovative. It is an unmissable landmark which all the tourists should see. I would say that it is quite unusual building through the city landscape because most of the housings are old while this one is a contemporary masterpiece of an architecture.
