While I'm familiar with several tourist spots like Shimla and Manali, I'd like to talk about an interesting place I visited with my friend recently. In March, during the Holi vacation, I went to Varanasi with my friend Isa. It's located in the northern part of India. We went there to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Varanasi is fascinating and captivating because of its rich history and cultural background. On my first day there, I visited the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples. After that, I visited the Dashashwamedh Ghat, which is situated on the banks of the Ganges River. I enjoyed the beauty of the river and captured many photos and videos. The next morning, we went to the ghats to enjoy the sunrise. We also witnessed the evening Ganga Aarti, where people offer prayers and light lamps on the river. Apart from these, we enjoyed exploring the streets, shopping, and buying gifts for our family members. Varanasi is a truly unique and unforgettable place. The spiritual atmosphere, the ancient temples, the vibrant culture, and the beautiful river make it a place that stays with you long after you leave.
