There are several skills that I have to improve, and among them, if I choose one that is very essential for me to improve, it is obviously my speaking skill. I realized this from the last seminar I attended about a month ago in Dhaka. I attended this seminar to present my findings in front of people. I am working as a research assistant, and I have done a little bit of research and presented the input of the public. But at that time, I realized that I have hesitation in public speaking, and that made me aware that I have room for improvement in this area. So I definitely want to improve this skill. It is one of the significant areas that I need to enhance because without this, I cannot achieve success in research or any corporate sector. Each and every year, I have to speak and present something. For this purpose, I need good, clear communication skills, which I feel I am lacking. Although I currently have some skills that allow me to handle situations modestly, I think I need to improve this area for various reasons. One is that effective communication can help me achieve a lot of things.

So and because it’s one of the significant sector the part that I have to enhance because Because without this I cannot achieve good K and research, either research or any corporate sector because each and every year I have to speak, I have to present something. For this purpose I need a good clear communication skill which I feel myself that I have lacking. Although I have so so skills currently which I can just handle situations little bit modestly but I think I have I think I need to improve this section for various reasons one is that and others obviously to communicate can achieve me a lot of things.
