Alright, so today I'm going to be talking about a day when I complained about a dress that was given to a tailor right beside my house for my birthday, which was eventually fixed after I complained. When my birthday was about a month away, I planned to have a customized dress made for myself, so I gave them the order to make the dress. Unfortunately, when they delivered the dress after two weeks, the fitting was not quite right, or at least not as I expected. The fitting was too loose, and the neck was so deep that it was almost slipping off. This made me really sad. When I tried it on, I saw that the fitting was not right, so I rushed to the tailor and complained to the tailor's owner. He apologized at first and then spoke to the employee who made my dress from the start. When they realized that it was not a big problem for them to fix, they took a day to correct it, as it was not a very significant misfit. They fixed it within a day. When I received the dress and tried it on again, it fit me properly. That was the day when I complained about my defective product and received a good result. Since it was my birthday dress, I was really relieved and happy when I received it. The result was something that made my day and actually saved my day.
