There was a man sitting next to my table who was upset and angry. He shouted at the restaurant staff. He complained about the food, the price, and the service. He called the restaurant manager and was shouting at him. I felt uncomfortable. Then the customer said the meal service was free. Some people were annoyed, some were murmuring, and some felt unsatisfied. Others gave them sympathy. I felt sorry for the manager. It was a tense situation, and I could see how difficult it was for the staff to handle the complaints while trying to maintain a good atmosphere in the restaurant.
