I waited uh, to go through security, uh, guard and I got my uh, luggage and uh, for checking and uh, pass, uh, through a uh, metal detector. Uh, after all, I felt stressed because um, because I have a little time to get my flight pass. And uh, the flight time is 615. And I I received the airport at 06:00 a.m. m. And it’s a short time for foreign uh, flights. Um, in this situation, I try to stay calm. So I checking uh, my phone playing chairs, responded to my emails and had a brief chatting with uh, with a person, uh, around me. I felt stress and the anxiety overcome me. Uh, the heart rate, uh, was increased and it’s a bad situation, uh, for me. And all people uh uh uh, were frustrated because of the crowded the crowded moves slowly. M and these situation ah, angered me, uh, actually, uh, so after all, uh, these experiences, uh, helped me um, to help me to ah, gain an ability in skills, uh, to, uh, stay.

In this situation, I tried to stay calm. I checked my phone, played games, responded to emails, and had a brief conversation with someone standing near me. Despite my efforts, stress and anxiety overwhelmed me. My heart rate increased, and it was a difficult situation for me. Everyone around me was frustrated because the queue was crowded and moving slowly. This situation angered me.
