One online video that I learned something new from was a short yet insightful documentary I watched it on YouTube about 2 months ago. I veer at home in my bedroom while I was casually browsing through recommended videos after finishing my homework. The video focused on the giant behind-the-arbit formation and explained how tiny concession Axel can readily reshape a person last time. I initially played it on it, simply because the thumbnail cast my eye and I felt generous in G.G. However, the video continued. I became increasingly fascinated and even astonic by how logically everything was resented. At that time, I was trying to become more disilligned, so I watched it with great interest. The video introduced the concept of the Happy Plop, Kill, Routine, Recode, which I had never encountered before. A speaker knew clear examples and real research which made the content point in getting enthralled and through walking. I remember feeling really motivated and even a little empowered because it gave me a new perspective on self-improvement. What I learned from the video was that a starting good habit doesn’t require dramatic chance. Instead, it depends on repeating small actions every day until they become automatic. After watching this, I actively decided to my own routine, especially with exercising and reading. Surprisingly, it helped me feel more confident, more focused, and more in control of my daily life. All for one, it was un-intreable, valuable and impressive video that had a real impact on me.
