Band 6+: Describe an organization or a company that you know. Please say How big is it? Do you find this company to be successful? Why? What can you say about the working environment there?

There are multiple companies on my list, but to explain one, I would choose Deer Walk Company. Deer Walk Company is an American-based company that operates in my country as well. So this company provides data service to the US healthcare sector and this company has been operating since a long time and it’s one of the most successful companies in our country. One of my friends who is working there told me a story about his company and he shared the experience of how a manager of the company was shifted to the company in the US just because of his performance and that really turned me into like this company. So if a good employee or a good if a good employee if an employee performs very well, he will be transferred to the main company in the United States and that’s a really great opportunity that I would like to mention. I appreciate about this company, the rumouration and the job offerings of this company is pretty great. I find this company to be successful in Nepal, especially when I visit the take events of the country. The company’s name comes first in April. Recently I got an opportunity to visit the company and I studied a course there and overall I would say the working environment of the company was pretty much great. The greenery and the trees has been kept alive and there was a peaceful garden there. I also stayed in a garden for an hour and it was really an workaholic environment there. I also got an opportunity to enter the hall where they discuss about an ideas and that was really great to be there. Overall the experience of the company, overall the environment and the experience to be there was really great and I really enjoyed my time there.
