Band 4+: Describe local news that people were interested in. You should say: what the news was, where you saw or heard it, who was involved, why people were interested in it.

Your pronunciation is above average. However, you may find complexity in certain words challenging. Regular practice should aid in improvement.

The answer is on topic and addresses the question by describing a piece of local news. However, it lacks development and specific details. To improve, you should elaborate on where you heard the news, who was involved, and why people were interested. Also, ensure you complete your sentences and provide a more structured response.

The answer lacks clear organization and coherence. The speaker starts with 'Okay, so the local news comes to my mind first is' which is a common filler, but then the structure becomes unclear. There is no clear introduction, development, or conclusion. The ideas are presented in a somewhat random order, and the answer ends abruptly. There is also noticeable repetition ('is building is building') and self-correction. To improve, the speaker should plan their answer with a clear structure: state the news, where they heard it, who was involved, and why people were interested. They should also use cohesive devices to link ideas smoothly.

The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive. The speaker uses simple words like 'useful', 'population', 'air pollution', and 'presence' (which is likely a mispronunciation of 'president'). There is a lack of precise and varied vocabulary. For example, instead of 'very useful', they could say 'beneficial' or 'advantageous'. They also use 'very' repeatedly. To improve, the speaker should expand their vocabulary related to news, urban development, and environmental issues, and use more specific and descriptive terms.

The answer contains several grammatical errors that affect clarity. For example, 'a new Tashkan city is building is building' is incorrect; it should be 'a new Tashkent city is being built'. Also, 'It's a very useful for Tashkan population' is missing an article and the correct form should be 'It is very useful for the Tashkent population'. The sentence 'all Tashkent city is very there are very air pollution' is grammatically incorrect and unclear. The speaker also uses 'our presence' which is likely a mispronunciation of 'our president'. The range of grammatical structures is very limited, with mostly simple sentences. To improve, the speaker should practice using a variety of sentence structures, including complex sentences, and focus on accuracy in verb tenses, articles, and prepositions.
