It was about a year ago when my mother suddenly decided to not cook for me anymore. It seems she was impressed by a chef who is living and working in the US. He has some lectures about how to behave with your children and his famous films have millions of followers on Instagram. My mother is one of his followers. That was a turning point in my life because I found myself facing this challenge. I never had any experience in cooking, just some simple food processes. As time passed, I got more comfortable and skilled in food preparation. I think it was about 6 months ago when I started learning.
