But I eventually stopped because it felt like a waste of time. However, there were also negative aspects to the app. I realized that spending so much time on TikTok was detrimental to my well-being. It was straining my eyes, and I felt like I was wasting valuable time. Another negative aspect was the content itself. I found that many people were using the app to promote harmful or misleading information. Ultimately, I decided to stop using TikTok because I felt it was negatively impacting my life. It was a difficult decision, but I believe it was the right one. I feel much better now that I'm not constantly scrolling through TikTok.
