It is in the previous month that I decided that I will stop using Microsoft apps, which includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and these are quite renowned softwares. Uh, in the past I downloaded these softwares on my laptop, uh, to increase my productivity and create some PowerPoint slides which I have to present in my school presentations with my group and my colleagues. And I used Excel for my uh, tables which I have to input data in. I used it for some calculations for my math classes. And with regards to Microsoft Word, I use it to create some necessary documents. Sometime I had to post a letter to my principal, so I used Microsoft Word to draft that letter. I also used it to create some uh, necessary ideas and mind mapping I did on Microsoft Word. But nowadays, as artificial intelligence has come into play, there are more apps, uh, with a single platform where you can do all of these things with the help of machine learning, and the computer will do all of these things for you in a more steady and more tedious manner rather than I have to correct all of the errors in my paragraphs, my information, I have to read everything over and over again to check for grammatical errors, to check for the design to format of the UH, uh, presentation overall. But nowadays as AI has taken over the world, so I use some websites known as uh, power up AI or chat GPT which allows me to create these kind of presentations, tables, spreadsheets, you can say at easier and more convenient way. So I like using these technologies uh, nowadays. And in future I think I will upgrade to even more professional ton technologies which will increase my productive potential and make me grow as a human and develop, develop my other skills where I can focus more and nurture my other talents rather than just focusing on typing and creating presentations.
