I would like to talk about TikTok. I downloaded this app a couple of years ago through the App Store, and I installed it because all of my friends at that time were using it, and it was very popular. So I thought it would be really fun. It seemed completely fine at the start, but I realized that I spent a lot of time just scrolling through this social media. I realized that it takes a lot of energy and also affects my sleep and focus on my studies. So when I stopped using this app, I realized that I have more energy, and I mostly focus on my real life. Actually, I downloaded this app because I needed some recipes or looking for some clips and life hacks. So I think that I made the right choice.
