First of all that technology that I decided to stop using is a smartphone. I got it after finishing my HSSC exam about it was happened about 3 years ago. The time my father gifted me a smartphone, it was not only expressing but also very patience for me. There are multiple reasons I started using it. First of all smartphone is very online device in all over the world and I think that every individuals required it because known daily news and connecting each other. I was sitting with my friends, like two studies, studies as well as playing various type of game. I think it is strong our friendship. However, there are various reasons I decided to stop using it. First of all, it creates a health problem. Our eye power is low. Our movement And secondly, it damaged our valuable time and concentrate damage from our studies. For these few years ago, I faced an HSC exam the time I stopped it because I could not concentrate. Last but not least, it was hard not to crack. How I felt about it? I felt delighted because I felt delighted because the first time I feel worried because I was stopping my phone and secondly I was winging.
