I will describe one of my former boss at the office. Her name is Ai. I met her in the beginning when she interviewed me and she hired me at the office. She has really good skills in negotiation and also in resolve the problem. Especially we were working in the labor workforce management. Basically we sent labor overseas to Saudi Arabia, to the east of Asia. And of course there will be a problem with the labor overseas. But I admired her because she can handle the problem from the labor itself and also the client. She handled it very calm and then she is very intelligent and she is very patient. This person really influenced me because I think my negotiation skills is her legacy because I learned it from her and I learned how to solve the problems among the workers overseas. It is all from her.
