Band 8+: Describe someone you know who does something well. You should say: who this person is how you know this person what he/she does well and explain why you think this person is so good at doing this.

So the person I’m about to talk about is my father, my biological father. I’ve known him ever since I was born basically. And something that he does really well and I look up to is his ability to communicate and socialize with strangers. He is so good at it, I would even say that he has mastered communication. When it comes to speaking to strangers, I’m very awkward and very shy, which is the complete opposite of my father. He is the most outgoing and the most effortless when it comes to speaking to other people, like I said. He can instantly click with anybody despite their background and despite their culture. Even when there is a big language barrier, he just knows how to communicate and how to speak with them. He gets along with almost every single person that I know of. I’ve seen him be able to get a bargain in a language that he barely knows. But yeah, even strangers across the street, when he goes and he talks to them, they instantly like him for some reason. I think he has this charisma and he is just an outgoing person after all. He is definitely an extrovert when it comes to speaking and me on the other hand I’m an introvert. I do aspire to be like him one day when I grow up. It’s very hard to come out of my shell. Just looking at him, being able to foster these relationships with strangers very quickly in a very short matter of time, I feel like that’s something that I look up to and I hope to achieve one day. It’s fascinating and alluring in a way. I think I did pretty well.
