Decisions play a vital role in our lives, and we make decisions regularly. Some decisions often change the whole perspective of our future and, uh, some are uh, just for a short duration of time. Recently, my friend Niship Rajabadi decided to start his own starter venture. In the starting of this year 2024. Uh, I know him since, uh, my childhood, he was he lives next to the tour. And, uh, he is three years older than me. He graduated in the year 2021 and since he was working in an IT firm, uh, for about two and a half years. Uh, later, in the in in the starting of this year, he decided to left his high paying job and, uh, create his own business. Initially his family rejected his idea since, uh, he was in the, uh, right part of his career. And, uh, they didn’t want that he should, uh, left a job and start his own, uh, startup. But later on, uh, as they, uh, as their family were convinced that, uh, he will definitely make something in his life and he want to, uh, create, uh, his own IR service based IT company, then, uh, they decided to help him. His father is also, uh, and director of a car empowerment, which is a private company. So he helped him very much. I think, uh, his decision will give employment and also give him a freehand opportunities for growth and learning. He will also be able to decide what what’s currently going in the market and, uh, and on the basis of it, he will, uh, led his company to a bright future.
