One of my most regrettable experiences is not participating in any team competition. Recently, I saw a post on Facebook about a junior student who participated in a bodybuilding competition, and that reminded me of the time I also had a passion for bodybuilding. I saw one of my friends participate in this highly competitive bodybuilding competition once, and it was really refreshing and intriguing to know that there are a host of students my age who have achieved great physiques using only natural food and a scientific training schedule. Many of them showcased their efforts and relentless preparation for the bodybuilding competition on stage, and it really impressed me. That is something I truly regret not pursuing in my teens in the past.
