Arranging everything behind my back, I found out about it when my friend casually invited me for dinner at a restaurant. I did not suspect anything at that time. The moment I stopped the party, in everyone shouted surprise and I was completely shocked to see everyone present there. The venue was decorated beautifully with my favorite colored flowers and they had also arranged a cake of my favorite flower. The cake decorated as per my profession, the cake decorated with a syringe, tablet, capsule, stethoscope and nurse also. I really surprised when I saw the cake. This is a unique idea for surprising. I was truly touched by their effort because I never expected such a grand gesture. It made me feel incredibly special and I was surprised at how well they gave it a secret that I did not know anything about the party. I felt very lucky to have such a wonderful friend and the evening was filled with laughter. It was not just about the party itself but the thoughtfulness and love behind it. It was a day I will cherish forever.
