Well, actually, I would like to tell you about the projects that I collaborate with, uh, other five peoples in my team to hold a project which is contribute to the society. While I came up with the idea, I came up with the ideas of ideating a projects that contribute to the development of society and to help the other people and also invoke, you know, the core interesting values of beauty in the people, especially the younger generation right now. And also I asked for a lot of people will joining this project with me. And actually I will find the other coworkers and uh, we have the collaborations on the projects on different sectors in the project. And actually we started this kind of projects really, you know, um, you know, difficulty with, you know, much difficulties because we will have a distinct characteristic, so we will have a different opinion. So the conflict, the arguments, uh, happened every day. And at that time, as a leader, is a founder of these projects, I feel really, you know, worried. And also, uh, but after that, I will, like, collect all the opinions of people and, um, I will, you know, connect people with each other and then we work more, uh, collaboratively or more effectively. And I think that the key is that I, um, will have to understand people and we have to, um, foster our mood to understanding, to like, know the others better to reach the, you know, utmost efficiency. And, uh, actually in the, you know, finally our projects successful. And I believe that I have learned a lot from this co collaborations on this project and I learned from exposed to a lot of, uh, different pree stuff and which is really, you know, useful for me. And I can develop a big asset form my future career. And I think that know, teamwork or collaborations is really a memor experience and chance for me.
