It is so frustrating because I always enjoy listening to music and I often go out with my friends and I want to use them while travelling. By the end, I did not return it because the shops had a strict policy about return. They told me they only accept return when there is a major technical fault. but so they refuse to return. I use it now. That’s why I can’t.
