A couple of years ago I decided to upgrade my phone because my old one was getting slow and unresponsive Since I had always wanted to try an iPhone, I finally made the decision to buy one I went to the well-known store called Ternopark in the city center I checked a few models and chose one that seemed perfect for my old needs The salesperson assured me that it was a great choice so I didn’t think twice before making the purchase At first I was really happy with it because the decision was slaked, the camera was excellent and everything worked smoothly However, after a few weeks I started facing some unexpected issues One of the biggest problems was the eye-cloth, it kept giving me errors whenever I tried to pick up my photos or contacts Sometimes my date wouldn’t sync properly, which was really frustrating On top of that, the battery started draining much faster than I expected The phone would overheat even with a normal use since these issues appeared after the phone I had already started using the phone, I was not sure if the store would accept a return But I decided to try anyway Luckily the shop had a return policy for faulty devices so after explaining the problem they agreed to take it back I was relieved because I didn’t want to be stuck with a phone that was not working properly In the end I chose a different model and this experience taught me to be more careful when buying expensive gadgets Thank you
