I would like to return the Kindle that I purchased seriously. At first, it was fantastic. It was a gift from my friends for my birthday last year, and the features seemed great. I could read for hours without getting my eyes tired, and it includes a time tracking application that helped me see if I was reading. It said I was meeting my reading goals for the week. The note-taking system was also quite satisfying. However, my Kindle broke down after I received a notification from Amazon about an update. I don't know why this error happened, but it significantly interrupted my reading schedule. During that time, I found it impossible to read anything without my eyes becoming swollen. I lost all of my precious PDFs and all of my reading progress. I reached out to customer service to report the problem, and they informed me that I would need to purchase a new Kindle as no charge could be made to my current device. I was furious with their response and spent hours expressing my frustration about this issue. In the end, I did not receive a refund, and my Kindle has been in my basement to this day. Out of anger, I decided to follow audiobooks until now.
