So I have quiet health lifestyle as far as I observed my type of figure and I have the inclination to the obesity and it’s my inherent problem that I need to cope always. So that’s why I keep them healthy foods and also trying to gain some trainings and do activities like swimming, dancing, gym activities and like that. In gym I use variety of exercise equipment like running, road, cycle and kind of steps. It’s my favorite type of exercise when I curl a lot of calories and it gives me the amazing and stunning emotions and I also run with my dad in my free time at the evening and also I use to count the calories or micro nutrients of the each products that I eat and use in my recent so it’s my usually schedule in my weekend.
