I am going to talk about football, which is my passion. I love playing football with my friends. These are some old friends, and I have experience with them playing in championships and tournaments as well. Fortunately, the field where I play football is very close to my house. It's a synthetic field, small, but the good thing is that I don't have to take a bath to go there. I want to practice this more often, but I do it once a week because I don't have enough time. Sometimes I play on Thursdays, and sometimes on Saturdays. Finally, I want to mention some benefits I get from this activity. One is cardio because I have to run a lot. I improve my endurance and stamina. Another benefit is teamwork because I learn to play with a group, not to be individualistic. Lastly, I can stay in shape because I burn calories, I am very active, and I have to pay attention to my body. Of course, I hydrate very well when I finish playing. In general, I can say it's a very healthy activity for me. For these reasons, I love doing this. I am passionate about football.
