I was cook a meal for my dinner last week in my kitchen. I will cook it for myself and cooking process include many steps and I will show it. Firstly you go to the kitchen, you clean it, you cut it into the slice and something like this. The final step you cook it. When I cook it for myself, I feel that I can control my weight and I can improve my health. Because when you cook for yourself, you can evaluate the color that you eat. For example, if you eat the apple, it means that you ate 100 colors in one time. But if you eat the apple outside when they cook it into the meal such as a salad, the apple not 100 colors and it now is 200 colors or more because it has some sugar, salt, mayonnaise and so on. And I cook for myself because this is the best way for me to release my stress and this is my hobby. When I feel stressful after a hard working day, I go home and cooking. While listening music is the best way to relax.
