I would like to describe and talk about my favorite book, which is the whole Quran. I feel excited when I talk about this book because, as I mentioned, it's holy and very essential for me. If I describe it, it's the main book of the Muslims. The cover of the book has Islamic patterns and designs. It has 620 pages, and all statements there, which we call Aya, come with translations. I got this book when I first traveled to Istanbul with my friends. When we traveled there, we planned to visit several mosques, including Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed Mosque. After visiting, we wanted to get the Quran because, until that time, we had never read it. We realized that we are Muslim, and as Muslims, we need to open and read the translation. Then, of course, we bought it. I remember it was around 2010 or 2012. After getting this book, I learned to recite in Arabic. I learned the Arabic letters, and I still have this book, which I have been reading for around 15 years. I attempt to read it every day. When I read this book, I feel calm, hopeful, and it really helps me to stay positive.
