Relaxation is important in everyone's life. Everyone has a different way of relaxing. Older people might enjoy going to the park, while younger people might prefer the gym. For me, my go-to place for relaxation is the Gurdwara Sahib. I usually wake up around 5:00 a.m., take a shower, and then head to the Gurdwara Sahib to read spiritual books. The atmosphere there is incredibly calming and peaceful. It helps me feel relaxed and centered. But today, I want to talk about a specific Gurdwara that I love to visit, called Manjis. It's located in Mulawal village. I try to go there twice a week. There's a beautifully maintained pond within the Gurdwara, teeming with different kinds of fish. I often sit on the steps of the pond, listening to the sounds of nature. It's not just relaxing, but it also helps me focus and clear my mind. I sometimes bring bread to feed the fish, and watching them swim around is incredibly soothing. This activity helps me release all my stress and leaves me feeling refreshed. Even though the temple is quite popular and often bustling with activity, I find it to be a peaceful sanctuary. Sometimes I volunteer in the community kitchen, helping with tasks like washing dishes and serving food. The Gurdwara offers free meals to everyone, a testament to its commitment to community service. This place truly feels like my perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation.
