Here I want to talk about a subject which I really want to learn that is Italian cuisine. I am working in Indian cuisine for a long time and just now I moved to another hotel and here we are getting lots of Italian food requests from the guests and as a supervisor I think it’s my duty to provide them to satisfy the guests need. For that I want to learn that Italian cuisine from one of my senior chef his name is Travis and he is very good in Italian cuisine. Last week he made fresh pasta for the guests and some lasagna and pizza which we got very good feedback from the guests and everybody enjoyed that. We got very good feedback from the guests and they really appreciate his work and I think he is a good person and very knowledgeable person where I can learn and enhance my knowledge. Apart from that I can learn it from YouTube as there are lots of other YouTube channels and there are lots of ideas I can get from there. There is lots of very well-renowned chef who have a YouTube channel and I think that’s also a good option for me. The Italian cuisine is not just a very famous cuisine but the food also is very good.
