I can say that it’s both good for training as well as for uh, studying. Uh, when it comes to uh, training I always get uh, wake up early in the mornings when it’s gloomy and uh, go for uh, just running or do some exercise as uh, it gives me a uh, little bit of motivation. Um, when it comes to the uh. Uh, like studying. When it comes to studies I can say that I want to read some books no matter what type of book is that, but I just um, want to read and lie on the back like watching and observing the rain or even listening to the drops of it. Uh, I can say that it uh, helps me to uplift my mood and become more energized. I gain energy in this type of weather a lot. Um, but when it comes to scorching hot, it ah, really um, resists people to go outside and people can get easily thirsty and they cannot uh, stand outside for a long time. It’s bad for um, like I mean older people as they cannot work normally, always sweating outside and it’s not good, but it’s the best uh, period for uh, having rest or just being near lake or beach. Um, this ah, gloamy day makes me um, more optimistic and helps me to reduce depression, uh, as it ah, gives me motivation somehow. And I just want to enjoy my time in a gloomy day. And um, I can say that I uh, really want to go out even for walking, uh, for walking with my par. In this kind of period I can say that I particularly like uh, this weather for a lot of things that helps me to feel.
