Well, I'm going to talk about my favorite dish, Pelo. Pelo is a flavorful and aromatic rice meal that is very popular in Central Asia, especially in countries like Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. I usually eat Pelo on Fridays. Friday is a special day for Muslims. It's very pleasant when you eat your favorite cuisine with your family. In addition, Pelo is often served on special occasions, such as wedding days. Preparing Pelo is easy. First, the meat is fried with onions. Then you slice carrots and add them to the mixture. After several minutes, you add rice and wait until it's ready. Yes, I can make Pelo myself, but it's not as good as my mom makes. In conclusion, Pelo is my favorite food because it's very delicious.
