I would like to talk about my favorite time of day. Well, I am an early appraiser and this is the early morning. It is my favorite time of day. I usually wake up at 6 o’clock on the start day with exercise for about 30 minutes. After result, I brush my teeth and complete my bathic skin care routine. I try to be consistent because it helps me feel more confident throughout the day. Then, head to the kitchen and prepare a simple but nutritious breakfast. for example it would be eggs, vegetables and the tamdang. So, while eating I usually listen to a short podcast or some cal music to set a positive tone for the morning. Then I prepare for school. The early morning is somewhat different from other parts of the day. It’s quite refreshing and allows me to plan for the remaining day. The night sleep revives me in the morning and I find it very pleasant to start doing something challenging. So finally, this is idle time to exercise. It’s a nice a light meal, think about important things and plan for the whole day.
