This topic recalls the first time I went to school. It was about 2 years ago when I went to my new school in Nimbo, a vivid and lovely city. Since my mom and dad had to go to another city for work, I had to go to school by myself, taking the subway. When I arrived at the school, my teacher came out to greet me and welcomed me to the classroom. As I entered the classroom and sat down, I noticed a student with fluffy hair sitting near me. It was actually quite interesting. During our conversation, I found out that he really loved to play basketball and do painting. We quickly became friends. Later, my teacher gave each of us a handmade craft as a gift for our first day at school. Then, our teacher handed out a piece of paper and asked us to write about our expectations for the new semester and what we planned to do in school. That day, I was very happy to meet new friends and our lovely teacher. I felt very grateful and thankful for the first day of school.
