This topic immediately comes to my mind my uncle whose name is Huang. He is in his late 40s now and currently working as a lawyer. He is quite well known for his capability for presenting his views clearly and backing them up with solid arguments. People often turn to him for legal advice. I think that there are probably two reasons for this. First, he is a kind and compulsive man. In his debate, he never raises his voice for one. For example, during a family gathering about environmental issues, while others have nothing to support their ideas, he was the one who provided people with a lot of analysis, statistics to back up his arguments. So I think probably because of his analytical skills, everyone could consider it as a reliable source for turning him to giving them some legal advice. Plus, he is also a hobble man who is usually willing to listen to people’s ideas without backing up against them because he always respects people’s opinions even he disagrees them. So people are quite comfortable when looking at him as a legal counselor. I could see that their reactions are almost positive and they always give him some presents like watches and flowers after booking him as their legal consultant. Well, I think that in the future if I have a chance, then I will work with a person like him to develop my critical thinking as well as my ability to stay in the car and in business.
