I clearly remember the day when we all decided to go for the somewhere to escape from a hustle and bustle city life, and we decided to go for the mountainous area near to the Tashkent. It happened about a year ago at the summer holidays. We decided to jump in from the high cliff from the mountain. And we all take with us harness and ropes and belts. And also we are invented in structures. and instruction books with us. To tell the truth, it was physically easy by mentally challenging for me. To jump in from the high-skip, when my turn comes up, I was just struggling. And I remember the fear to live into the excitement. And I started to feel myself really enjoyable, really enjoying the challenge. After that, I learned self-trust. And I realized that when we try to face our fears, our mental health don’t let us to put us for the danger. And I clearly remember when I jumping from the highest cliff. I remember the day when my heart beat so fast and so stronger that it feels like something I didn’t try even before. And because of this, I remember the day more clearly than other type of activities that I did before.
