Well, more or less most people all have computers at home in my homeland country Vietnam. However, this trend only happens in the Sabun or some major cities only. This is come to the difference side when we talk about this situation when we are in the rural areas. While in the major cities, almost children are given a computer that to support their learning and also their studying, is also a way for them to relax after a headache schedule. But when we come to the rural areas, it will be so different where people as well as the children, they don’t have much chance to adapt to the internet as well as the mobile phone or the computer. That’s why I also think the government should provide half for the people in the rural area as a way to develop their living standard.
