So they could really provide such effective tips for them in order to surpass interview effectively or in order to get a promotion easily. So that could be really instrumental for them. Moreover, they foster a lot of valuable values in younger generations that we actually currently lack. For example, the traditions play a huge role in this. the traditions that older people seem to keep, they teach them to the younger generations. That being said, I do think that the parent pressure could have a negative impact on the younger generations because of the over control of some parents on their children, so that could negatively impact them.
